UPDATE | 3-14-2020 | El Camino High School Crab Feed – Postponed

Dear Eagle Families and EC Supporters,

We regret to inform you that our El Camino Boosters Club Annual Crab feed at the Scottish Rite Center on March 14, 2020 is being postponed at this time. We have been advised by local and state health officials to postpone or cancel events/gatherings of 250 or more people due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we made the difficult decision to postpone our annual crab feed to a later time. We know that this is a huge disappointment, however the health and safety of all is our primary concern.

El Camino Boosters Club understands that this change may cause great inconvenience for you, and for that we are sincerely sorry. Boosters held an emergency meeting Wednesday evening to discuss options for rescheduling. We are hopeful that we will be able to find a venue that can accommodate our original event as planned, on a later date. We set forth the deadline of Wednesday March 18, 2020 to find an adequate venue. If a venue cannot be secured by that date, we will contact all attendees to discuss the status of your ticket. At this time we will assume that you would like your ticket carried over to our future event. If you do not, please request a refund by submitting an email to ecboostersclub@gmail.com and we will gladly process your request as soon as possible.

El Camino Boosters club appreciates your support and understanding during these unfortunate events that are out of our control. As you can imagine we are scrambling to honor all of our commitments with vendors, sponsors, and most importantly, our biggest supporters..YOU! We will reach out as soon as we have details of rescheduling or in the event that we are unable to reschedule, the issuing of refunds.
